Twitter places warning label over video of father discussing masks at Pennsylvania school board meeting, prevents engagement with the content: A Twitter user who goes by the name Red Walrus on Twitter tweeted a video of a Pennsylvania father at a school board meeting contrasting his hazmat suit and the mask his daughter may be required to wear. "This is what I have to wear and I don't want to wear it every day but it saves my life," he said. "But those masks and the doctor's maks that you're asking my kid to wear, they don't do nothing." The man has been criticized for unclear claims he made which are not included in the tweet, according to Newsweek. However, Twitter placed a warning label on the tweet that read "[t]his Tweet is misleading. Find out why health officials consider COVID-19 vaccines safe for most people," with a link to a feed filled with tweets from the FDA, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. The platform also prevented users from commenting on, liking, retweeting, or sharing the tweet on other sites. Users can quote tweet the user's tweet only after being presented with a pop-up box with the same warning information.
