Instagram restricts Abigail Marone from sharing New York Post article on BLM Founder's $1.4M home purchase:  On April 15, former Trump campaign staffer and current press secretary for Senator Josh Hawley, Abigail Marone tried to direct message someone New York Post's article detailing BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors’ "million-dollar real estate buying binge." Instagram flagged the link as a violation of its "community standards." A New York Times reporter that the platform is likely restricting the article's distribution because it "shared multiple details which could identify the residence of one of the BLM founders, in violation of her privacy rights." As a result, no user can share the article on Facebook, Facebook Messenger or Instagram direct message.
