Twitter censors user for tweet about transgenderism: A Twitter user shared screenshot of his censorship notice. He tweeted, in part, "This is what @LaurieOsher (D - Trans- Cultist) of Orono, ME and the Sinful Seven want doctors to do to your mentally unstable daughter. Pure medical butchery. A lifetime of regret, leading to incontinence and medical necessity. most likely suicide. These are evil, vile humans who..." The tweet was also accompanied by an image with text overlay that said "Transgender Trafficking. LD 1735. Come to Maine where we will chop off your child's privates if your state won't let you!" Twitter claimed this violated its rules, but did not specify which rule was violated. The user's account was locked until he deleted the tweet. His account was then restricted to read-only mode for 7 days.
