Twitter censors Sawyer Hackett with Community Notes: Democratic strategist and consultant Sawyer Hackett tweeted, "Greg Abbott is already responsible for a child dying in his razor wire buoy stunt. Now another child has died in his stunt to abduct and ship migrants out of state. He has blood on his hands. He shouldn’t be sued, he should be prosecuted." He linked to a Houston Chronicle article titled "Child dies en route to Chicago as part of Gov. Abbott’s migrant busing program." Twitter added a Community Note warning label to the post addressing the claim that a child died in razor wire. "One person drowned upstream from the barrier and floated into the buoys. A 2nd body was found nearby, not caught in the buoys. At the time of this post no one had been killed by the buoys," the note read, linking to news articles from CBS News, Texas Public Radio and The World Socialist Website. The Community Note additionally linked to an article from The National Domestic Violence Hotline. The note added that "Deaths were tragically common, even before the buoys were installed," linking to a Texas Tribune article.
