Users attempting to view the video must log in to YouTube and click through the warning message to proceed to the video. The video consisted of news clips of violent crimes interspersed with claims that this rise in crime is due to Democrat policies, and with clips of Haley explaining that she would work to end the violent crime wave if she were elected president.
