His friend says "Everyone else who tried this has gotten hurt," and he replies "Everyone else did it the wrong way." According to the screenshot, Facebook found it to violate one of its Community Standards, but did not specify which one. the user's post was deleted, and the user reported that his account was suspended for 60 days.
