Twitter censors user for supporting Kyle Rittenhouse: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of his censorship notice. He had tweeted: "And again #KyleRittenshouse did nothing wrong. Being chased by an aggressive individual (asking to be shot) who then grabs your firearm is reasonable fear of deadly force being used against you. #FreeKyleRittenhouse!" Twitter claimed that this was "glorifying violence" and locked the user's account until he deleted the tweet. Instead of deleting, the user appealed the action. The tweet was posted on October 13, 2020. The user claimed that this was not the date his account was locked for the tweet, but that his account had been locked "for months" as of the date of the Rittenhouse innocent verdict on November 19, 2021. Looking at the account's Twitter feed, it seems that his account was locked on or just after February 10, 2021. It seems to still be locked as of December 2, 2021 despite the innocent verdict.
