X adds a sensitive content filter to Steven Crowder post:  Louder with Crowder host Steven Crowder posted on his X account images of three pages obtained allegedly from the Nashville shooter's so-called 'manifesto.' He added text to his post that highlighted some of the contents of the manifesto, saying "BREAKING: Nashville School Covenant Shooter Audrey Hale’s 'DEATH DAY' Manifesto Targeted 'Cr*ckers' with 'white privlages' [sic] 'wanna kill all you little cr*ckers' 'I hope I have a high death count' 'I'm ready...I hope my victims aren't.' 'Ready to die.' #NashvilleManifesto." X placed a sensitive content filter over the images. Such filters do not allow users on the mobile app who have the sensitive filter enabled on their profile, the default setting, to view the filtered content at all. On the web version of X, the users must click through the sensitive content interstitial in order to view the filtered content. Not only do such filters give the impression of inappropriate content, similar filters have been shown to reduce user interaction with content.
