YouTube removes video for gun suppressor content: The @DonutOperator account tweeted Jan. 30 that YouTube had removed yet another video for showing legal gun suppressors, this time from the account Top Shot Dustin. YouTube claimed the video “Worlds Tiniest Folding Suppressed 22!” violated its firearms policy, according to the tweeted email screenshot. On Feb. 1, a YouTube spokesperson notified MRC Free Speech America that it had restored the video. “Upon review, we determined the videos in question are not violative of our Community Guidelines and have reinstated them.” The spokesperson added that “When it’s brought to our attention that content has been mistakenly removed, we review it and take appropriate action, including reinstating and removing associated strikes.”
