Facebook removes ad post about LinkedIn censorship: CO2 Coalition promoted a post that included a screenshot of LinkedIn removal notices sent to its Executive Director Gregory Wrightstone. In the post CO2 Coalition said "Linked in [sic] censorship continues for our executive director. Here is the post and the message in red concerning its removal," according to a screenshot posted by Wrightstone. The screenshot also indicated that Facebook rejected the ad claiming it "doesn't comply with our Advertising Policies" citing "Ads About Social issues, Elections or Politics." It's unclear how calling attention to the censorship violated that policy, however the content that Wrightstone was censored for posting on LinkedIn denied a "Climate Crisis," according to the screenshot.
