Colion Noir
Case #
1920

Facebook deletes post from Second Amendment advocate Colion Noir, threatens to 'unpublish' his page and notifies him that its distribution has been reduced: Facebook deleted a post shared by popular Second Amendment advocate Colion Noir. The platform also threatened to "unpublish" his page, and indicated its distribution was being reduced and it was not being suggested or recommended to users. Noir's violating post contained video of an interview between himself and Tucker Carlson on "Tucker Carlson Tonight" during which they discussed Biden's consideration of bypassing Congress with an executive order in an effort to ban guns after the shooting massacre in Boulder, Colorado. Facebook told Noir in a notice that his post went against the platform's "Community Standards on coordinating harm and promoting crime."
