If he was a Republican the 25th amendment talk would be trending and rightfully so." The video showed Biden ending a press conference, then turning to walk off stage. He walked to a table on the stage to pick up a notebook, and was looking around in a confused manner. The video made Biden look very old and frail. It is possible that the video is slowed down minimally after Biden turned away from the audience, to enhance the appearance of his age and frailty, but this is unable to be confirmed.
