Tom Fitton
Case #
1164

President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton, hit with yet another election integrity notice on a tweet about mail-in voting: In a tweet Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton questioned the legitimacy of counting ballots that arrive after election day. "Countless ballots can be placed in mail after the in-person polls close (but before midnight). How does this not increase risk of voter fraud?" Fitton said in his tweet. Twitter marked Fitton's tweet with an election integrity interstitial diminishing its visibility across the platform.
