Facebook deletes a user’s comment: According to a screenshot, a user commented, “Number one. know your target. That’s just a silhouette of a person on the other side of a glass window and it looks like the silhouette of a gun however that gun isn’t being fired and you don’t know for sure it’s a gun because it’s just a shadow. Going to need to have that person bust through my door and sees it that is a gun and then I’m emptying my clip in his ass if he’s come in that way.” Facebook deleted the comment. Per the screenshot, Facebook claimed, “Your comment didn’t follow our Community Standards. No one else can see your comment.” Facebook’s Community Standards are meant to “create a place for expression and give people a voice,” while also keeping the platform “a safe place.” Examples of prohibited material are “violent and graphic content,” “spam,” “adult nudity,” and “fraud.” Facebook did not specify what specific content in the comment violated its policies.
