She was attempting to share with a friend in a private message (DM) that the site was redirecting to the joebiden.com site, but Facebook would not let her send the message with that link in it, citing a violation of its community standards. Many fact checking organizations confirmed that the Antifa.com site was in fact being redirected to Joe Biden's campaign site, though they all deemed that because this was done by the unknown owners of the Antifa site, it held no relevance to Biden.
