Twitter censors Lil Duval's tweet of a TikTok video: Comedian and recording artist known as Lil Duval tweeted a TikTok video that he claimed got his Instagram account deleted. The TikTok video by @jerrypajaroreid featured a young woman saying: “Whenever I’m hanging out with a black person or a group of black people, without fail the subject of how much they hate black people will come up. I usually go for the sit in silence tactic, but I just want to know: is this, do they actually not like black people, or am I being tested?” Twitter placed a sensitive content filter over the video. Such filters do not allow users on the mobile app who have the sensitive filter enabled on their profile, the default setting, to view the filtered content at all. On the web version of Twitter, the users must click through the sensitive content interstitial in order to view the filtered content. Not only do such filters give the impression of inappropriate content, similar filters have been shown to reduce user interaction with content.
