TikTok removes Amala Ekpunobi's video criticizing top surgery: PragerU personality Amala Ekpunobi shared a purported screenshot showing TikTok removed one of her videos for "Hate speech." In a tweet about the incident, Ekpunobi said, "I made a video saying that transgender top surgery should not be promoted to young people and it got taken down on @tiktok_us in 11 minutes. That's a new record. Watch out for your kids." TikTok removed the video for allegedly violating the platform's community guidelines on hate speech. The platform claimed it does not allow content that "attacks, threatens, incites violence against, or otherwise dehumanizes an individual or a group on the basis of the following protected attributes: race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, serious disease, disability [or] immigration status."
