Facebook hands down 'permanent suspension' to Christian journalist and media consultant: Alex Newman is a widely published  journalist and CEO of Liberty Sentinel Media Inc., a small Christian media consulting firm. Newman is facing "permanent suspension" from Facebook, according to his Twitter feed and a blog post from the Liberty Sentinel Staff. "Just got deleted by tyrants @Facebook without warning," Newman tweeted on Jan. 22. The blog post chronicling Newman's removal from Facebook indicated he had previously been placed on temporary suspension by Facebook for 30 days, "after commenting on the obvious voter fraud on election night." The blog adds that Newman's final post on Facebook before getting deplatformed "was of an explosive interview with Dr. Lee Merrit exposing the COVID lies." In the interview, Merrit, who is the former president of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), explains her belief that America is currently facing a "bio-warfare attack" from China, and that medicine – like vaccines – are being weaponized. "Facebook is setting itself up to be the new MySpace,” said Newman, according to Liberty Sentinel's blog. “Young people think it’s a joke–if they even know about it–and older people are tired of being censored and so are leaving in droves. This is not going to end well for Zuckerberg and his fellow tyrants.”
