The DHS-funded anti-terror program at the University of Dayton targeting Christians, conservatives and Republicans worked overnight to scrub its website.

The University of Dayton’s PREVENTS-OH removed the controversial videos of seminars that featured a self-proclaimed Antifa member recklessly associating the conservative movement, Christians and Republicans with neo-Nazis and other hate groups in an infamous “Pyramid of Far-Right Radicalization.”

The seminar, first exposed by MRC Free Speech America, included a presentation from Nicole Widdersheim, a deputy Washington director for the Human Rights Watch, and Alexander Hinton, a member of the Rutgers University faculty, who compared former President Donald Trump with genocidal Cambodian dictator Pol Pot and accused Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) of planning a second Holocaust.

“DHS and its grantees are essentially taking the Fifth Amendment,” said MRC Free Speech America Vice President Dan Schneider in reaction to the University of Dayton’s decision to remove the videos. “They’re trying to hide all their dirty work. But it’s too late. We found out how they’re conspiring against America. We’ve got the goods on them.”

The taxpayer-funded PREVENTS-OH used to feature the fringe recorded version of the seminars in a highlighted section on its website. These videos, however, are now nowhere to be found.

MRC Free Speech America researchers recorded archives and used the Wayback Machine, showing that the clean-up occurred right after MRC Free Speech America unleashed a months-long investigation on May 25 into how the Biden administration, through embattled DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, weaponized the “Targeted Violence & Terrorism Prevention Grant Program” (TVTP) against Americans. The Obama administration rolled out the anti-terror program in 2016, originally aiming at preventing Al-Qaeda homegrown terrorists.

PREVENTS-OH now shows random stock photos of students and a photo of a Dayton street, according to screenshots. The University of Dayton claimed that the seminars are not tied to the Biden DHS.

But documents obtained by MRC Free Speech America researchers show that the university used the “Pyramid of Far-Right Radicalization,” which University of Cincinnati Research Fellow Michael Loandethal claimed depicts the “modern far-right” and extremism in America, in its application for the TVPT grant program in 2021.

Biden’s DHS successfully processed the application and then granted $352,109 to the institution. Loadenthal, who claimed to be a member of Antifa, also made his Twitter feed private after the MRC Free Speech America bombshell.

Loandenthal listed The Heritage Foundation, Turning Point USA, the American Conservative Union Foundation, PragerUniversity, Tea Party Patriots, the MAGA (Make America Great Again) movement and the Christian Broadcasting Network.

Also on the pyramid, as if comparable to the aforementioned reputable organizations, Loandenthal featured hateful groups like the militant neo-Nazi gang The Base and pro-Nazi publication The Daily Stormer.
