Free speech advocates are still celebrating a major court ruling that bars the Biden regime from censoring Americans.

A victorious Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey (R) joined Fox News's Jesse Watters Primetime to champion a historic ruling in the lawsuit he and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry brought against the Biden administration. Louisiana Chief District Judge Terry A. Doughty slapped down the federal government for its alleged collusion with Big Tech platforms to violate the First Amendment liberties of Americans through online censorship.

Doughty’s injunction effectively stops the Biden administration from colluding with Big Tech to censor.

“Let freedom ring,” Bailey told political commentator Katie Pavlich, who was filling in for Jesse Watters. “What a great way to celebrate the founding of our nation, the 4th of July, with this ruling to protect our First Amendment rights and we’re not going to stop fighting. We’re going to keep pushing and we’ll take it to the Supreme Court if we have to.”

Bailey echoed Justice Neil Gorsuch’s opinion in a Court case related to COVID-19 censorship  Arizona v. Mayorkas. “[Gorsuch] identified that this was likely going on, that there was likely censorship of voices, American voices in violation of the First Amendment at the behest of the federal government on Big Tech social media corporations,” Bailey said

The Missouri Attorney General also cited the massive evidence of censorship used in the suit, which mentioned MRC Free Speech America’s research. “Certainly that's what we’ve uncovered and that's what the judge identified yesterday,” Bailey added. “[Chief Judge Doughty] said we’ll likely succeed on the merits based on 20,000 pages of records we’ve received from the federal government, numerous depositions, and a minute complaint of more than 1,400 individual paragraphs with new allegations, facts and law to support them up.”

Bailey pledged to push back against new efforts to muzzle Americans. “We’re not going to stop fighting to protect Americans’ rights to free speech regardless of what Biden and his henchmen at the Department of Justice say,” he concluded.
